Robert
Marsh received his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice Administration from Sam Houston
State University. He developed the long range plan for the Idaho Department of Corrections
in the 1980's and currently provides ethics training for new officers in Field and
Community Services. He also conducts an annual statewide survey of child sex abuse
prosecutions for the Governor's and Attorney
General's office.
